Ideas can be brought to life through conceptual drawings, those drawings
are then transformed into 3-D masters which can be molded, vacuformed or
finished as a one off. The above collage shows the process from drawing to
finished piece.

This is silicone mold rubber being poured to complete the second half of a 2 part block mold, please note the
registration keys and pour hole plugs. This particular mold is being used to create 60 soft foam belaying pins
from a pirate ship for the 'Pirates Dinner Adventure' here in Orlando Florida, they will be used as an audience
participation prop. The originals above are made of hardwood.

The above photo shows two fresh soft foam casts ready to be removed from the mold, no
additional finishing is needed as the brown color has been added to the liquid foam as a pigment.
They sure look like the wood originals!

Large scale molds are no problem using our spray system, we can easily spray silicone and urethene rubber,
liquid plastic and foam. There is no limit to the size, the sculpture pictured above is over 12 feet in length.

A jacket mold being poured, patience is needed for this type of
pour. The shell has multiple vent holes in the high spots to allow
the air to escape as the rubber enters the inner space between
the model and the shell. The sturdy support shell made from
fiberglass is well secured to the backer board...no leaks here!

At Stelter Creative we are set up to cast and mold professionally using modern techniques, tools and up to
date materials. We pressure cast our resin and vacuum de-gas our rubber resulting in clean and detailed
casts. We can mold your existing masters or tool new ones from scratch. We can then cast the number
needed from 1 to 1000. We also cold cast in metal powders and custom color based resins where painting
is not required. The world of expanding foam can be explored as we use soft and hard self skinning
urethene foams to create special effect and costuming parts. Give us a call for a quote.
