This is the secondary entrance sign to the Pirate Soul Museum in Key
West, Florida. The letters are V-groove cut with silver leaf fill and a black
painted outline. The rest of the details are hand wood burned.


This is the main entrance sign to the Pirate Soul Museum, it is over 12 feet in length and also features V-groove
cut letters and hand painted details throughout. The wood burned skull on the right is over 2 feet in height.


Signs can be made to look very worn and distressed using a
variety of scenic techniques.


This is a close up of the skull and scrolled iron work, this detail not only added an artistic
touch but also added much needed support for the hanging support arm.


The crest pictured above is cut from 1" thick red oak and is a
stunning example of what our CNC router can create, any design
can be cut with accuracy and precision. Finishing off this piece is a
light golden oak stain with satin clear and a custom mixed glaze.

Key West, Florida, this 2 sided sign features CNC cut letters,
a hand sculpted 3-D barrel and parrot and beautiful gold
leafed accents.

piece is crafted from steel, painted using vinyl
overlays and then aged with extreme corrosion
techniques. This piece looks as if it has been on a
power pole for many years.
